Over his 24-year legal career, Jeremy B. Foltz has helped hundreds of individuals and small businesses who found themselves in the unfamiliar experience of civil litigation throughout the great state of Texas.

In August of 2015, after he and his family moved to his home state of North Carolina, Jeremy established The Law Office of Jeremy Foltz, PLLC. Having spent nearly all his career as an insurance defense attorney, Jeremy pivoted to representing juveniles charged in Juvenile Delinquency Court. He believes he has found his purpose in this work and has developed a reputation as a zealous advocate for his clients, a confident guide through challenging times, and a dependable resource for families in need of representation.

In his spare time, he enjoys travel, music, and books and spending time with his wife Marcelle and their boys Harrison and Sebastian.
